To access the Big Festival, you must have your ticket with QR CODE in hand and an official photo ID (in the case of Half-Price tickets, proof of eligibility must be presented).
To view your ticket, you must access your Mundo Ticket account ( https://www.mundo-ticket.com/pt/auth/login ) and click on the "Meus ingressos" ( https://www.mundo-ticket.com/pt/conta/meus-ingressos ) section. There, you will be able to see all the tickets you have with Mundo Ticket.
Next to each ticket, there will be a button labeled "IMPRIMIR" (PRINT). By clicking on it, you can view your ticket, or if you prefer, print it.
Printing the ticket is not necessary; you can simply open it on your mobile phone or device. If you choose to bring only the online ticket, make sure it is loaded and functioning to avoid issues at the entrance.
