To make the ticket transfer, you must enter your account on https://www.mundo-ticket.com/ and go to the "My Tickets" area.
After clicking on "My Tickets", you will see the credentials available in your order, and next to them a button labeled as "Transfer".
After clicking on "Transfer" you will be directed to fill in all the data of the person you want to transfer the credential to.
*Be sure to fill out this data very carefully so that your transfer is addressed to the correct person.
Once the person's information is filled out, you should click "Save" and then you will be directed to pay the transfer fee.
After the payment is approved, the transfer will be completed and the person who received the transfer will be able to see the credential on his/her account at Mundo Ticket in "My Tickets".
*For the person to be able to see the transfer ticket on his/her account, he/she must be using the same e-mail address registered in the transfer process.
