TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING CREDENTIALS, ENTRY AND STAYING AT THE GAMESCOM LATAM 2025 EVENT
ATTENTION: DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE RULES IMPOSED BY THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FOR HOSTING EVENTS, ONLY PEOPLE WHO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER (WHICH MAY INCLUDE PROOF OF VACCINATION, TESTING, USE OF MASKS AND/OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS)
The purchase and carrying of the credential, for any reason, implies acceptance of the following conditions:
1. PURCHASING CREDENTIALS
1.1. CREDENTIALS,which specify the name, CPF or passport of the purchaser and photo, will be personal and non-transferable.
1.2. To enter the festival, the purchaser must present their credentials and an official document with photo, in order to prove their ownership. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL WITH CREDENTIALS IN THE NAME OF THIRD PARTIES BE ALLOWED.
1.3. The credential allows its purchaser to enter and leave the event venue (Distrito Anhembi) as many times as they wish, during the day of validity. Each time they enter and leave the event, the purchaser must present an official photo ID, along with their credential, in order to prove their ownership.
1.4. In your event access, the credential, contains a QR code that can be read at any point that requires flow control, at the discretion of the Event organizers. This QR code stores some of your personal data (e.g., name, email, CPF, date of birth, photo). It is important to note that there is no banking information or sensitive personal data that can be shared when reading your credential.
1.5. GAMESCOM LATAM 2025 credentials are sold exclusively by Loja Mundo Geek, on the website https://www.credenciamento.mundo-ticket.com/.
1.6. GAMESCOM LATAM is not responsible for credentials purchased outside the official authorized sales channel.
1.7. The purchase is subject to the availability of credentials for the desired day and the approval of the transaction by your credit card operator or approval by PIX.
1.8. The purchase is subject to analysis and approval by our security department, which may request additional documents to prove registration for finalization and delivery of your order.
1.9. Purchase orders are subject to confirmation of payment, regardless of the payment method chosen by the purchaser. The user declares that he/she is aware of and accepts that the requested information will be used to confirm the veracity of the buyer's data and to approve the credit.
1.10. After the purchase is completed, if any data inconsistency is identified with the administrator of the credit card used for payment, the order may be canceled.
2. CORRECT FILLING/PROVISION OF DATA REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE
2.1. It is the purchaser's responsibility to correctly fill in their personal data required to make the purchase.
2.2. Carefully check your order details before confirming your purchase. No cancellations, exchanges or returns of credentials will be permitted outside the conditions defined herein.
3. LOSS, MISPLACEMENT, THEFT, ROBBERY OR DAMAGE OF THE CREDENTIAL DUE TO MISUSE OR ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES
3.1. GAMESCOM LATAM is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery or damage of the credential caused by misuse/storage or by acts of third parties.
3.2. If it is necessary to request a new credential during the event, a fee will be charged. The issuance of a new credential, for whatever reason, will only be carried out after the complete cancellation of the previous credential.
4. TICKET TRANSFER
4.1. Ticket ownership may be transferred exclusively upon direct request by the purchaser, upon payment of a fee per credential to be transferred, provided that the request is in accordance with the information provided on the GAMESCOM LATAM website https://www.credenciamento.mundo-ticket.com/
4.2. Once a ticket has been used, it is no longer possible to transfer it.
4.3. The transfer is made exclusively online.
5. TICKET PURCHASE CANCELLATION
5.1. The purchaser may cancel the purchase of the ticket(s) within 7 (seven) business days after receiving the purchase confirmation email, provided that this period does not exceed 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event.
5.2. Cancellation requests must be made by email to credenciamento@mundoticket.zendesk.com
5.3. We do not accept partial cancellations. In the case of orders with more than one credential, the order can only be canceled in its entirety, and it is not possible to cancel just one or more items in the order.
5.4. In the event of cancellation of the GAMESCOM LATAM 2025 event, the purchaser will receive a refund of the amount paid for the ticket.
5.5. In the event of postponement of the GAMESCOM LATAM 2025 event due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (such as, for example, due to the health conditions in force at the time of the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic), ticket prices will not be refunded and will remain valid for the new dates of the Event, unless specific legislation is published on this subject - in this case, we will follow the rules of the specific legislation that is published.
6. RECORDING OF IMAGE AND AUDIO OF ATTENDANTS
6.1. Any and all activities carried out within GAMESCOM LATAM may be filmed, recorded or photographed, at the discretion of the promoter/producer, for subsequent publication, broadcast, retransmission, reproduction or dissemination on TV, cinema, radio, Internet, advertising or any other means of communication, DVD and home video production, without any type of limitation.
6.2. By attending GAMESCOM LATAM, you agree, authorize and grant the free use of your image, name and voice under the terms mentioned herein, without limitation, without this use constituting improper use of image or any other violation of rights and without this use resulting in any burden and/or right to compensation.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
7.1. The ticket purchaser expressly declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and that he/she is fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom.
