Gamescom strives to ensure the best possible experience for all its attendees and staff. For this reason, certain actions and behaviors considered abusive, such as the examples listed below, may result, at the sole discretion of Gamescom, in the expulsion of attendees from the Event and other appropriate measures.
These include:
Offensive or disruptive behavior: Any behavior deemed offensive or that could disturb the experience of other participants or the work of organizers, staff, or exhibitors, including but not limited to sexual or moral harassment, physical or moral aggression, stalking, hate speech, physical fights, and threats.
Possession of prohibited items: Bringing items to the Event such as weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, pepper spray), sharp objects or items that could be used as a weapon, drones, illegal or dangerous substances, or any other items that Gamescom determines to be unsafe or inappropriate, except for those permitted for Cosplayers, provided they have been inspected in advance.
Disrespecting attraction rules: Ignoring or violating safety instructions and other specific guidelines for each attraction.
Counterfeiting and fraud: Using counterfeit tickets, attempting to enter the Event without paying, or any other forms of fraud related to access and services of the Event.
